Kailee Foidart
Owner / Hairstylist
Kailee's goal is to create an "experience" for all guests. Her love for marketing, interior design and her creative vision also is a passion in the salon.
Kailee brings with her over 14+ years of experience in the salon industry.
She graduated from Scientific Marvel in Winnipeg and previously worked at Funk Salon and other reputable salons in Toronto and Winnipeg.
She ​had the honour in working behind the scenes at the World Mastercard Fashion-Show in Toronto, and has had experience doing magazine editorial work with top Celebrity Stylist Jen Atkin. Creator of "Ouai" haircare. Her highest accomplishment in her career was competing and winning first place in the country for Redken's "Session Hairstylist" competition. She is humbled to have had so many opportunities and experiences.
Kailee is well known for offering her honesty and realistic vision in order to create long-term relationships with her clients.
Her "forte" is creating "pretty hair".
She is known for her dimentinal blondes, soft seamless cuts, "lived in" ombrés, and relaxed tousled updos.
Sarah McDonald
Hairstylist

Sarah has been in the industry for over fours years. Originally from Kenora, she moved to Winnipeg and completed her hairstyling certification at MC college.
She has been nominated top 20 for the Hair Paint Category out of 250,000 entries for Behind the Chair One Shot Awards both in 2017 & 2018. Sarah has also participated in Redken & Living Proof educational classes. She absolutely loves creating beachy blonde and hand painted dimensional looks.
In her spare time, Sarah loves spending time on Lake of the Woods with family & friends.
Sarah has wanted to be a hairstylist ever since she can remember. That passion was fueled as a very young client at Keric Funk Salon.
She continues to strive to create a personal and modern look for her clients with ongoing skill and technique development.
Sarah is very excited to have the opportunity to work with the team at Posh and Pixie!

​Ashlee Griffiths
Hairstylist
Ashlee was born and raised in kenora, and has a passion for anything outdoors and spending her time with family near the waters edge.
Her main focus and passion is being behind the chair. With blonding and extensions as her main passion she is also well versed in trending haircuts.
Education is something very important to Ashlee, taking up to date classes to keep with trends and styles.
Client hair is especially important and will always maintain integrity of the hairs strength and work with her clients to create a realistic hair goal.
​Sheyanne Cameron
Esthetician
Sheyanne has been working in the esthetics industry for 4 years and is loving every second of it. She specializes in waxing, tinting, lashes, makeup, manicures, and pedicures.
Sheyanne went to MC College in Winnipeg for her esthetics program, graduated and moved back home to her family and friends. She started her career immediately.
Her passion started early while performing esthetics and makeup at a young age for friends when she decided to make a living making people look and feel beautiful. Her favourite services to perform are lashes but takes pride in all of her work. Outside of the salon, Sheyanne loves spending time with family and friends on beautiful Lake of the Woods.
She is looking forward to a new chapter, being part of the team, and can’t wait to take new clients and service her already existing ones at the new location.

LJ Hay
Hair Stylist
With 10 years in the business, LJ is well rounded and has had so many great experiences.
Being an educator for Aveda from 2013-2017, she helped with various hair and fashion shows. Teaching upcoming hairstylist apprentices, keeping up with hairstyling trends and making people feel beautiful will always be her passion. She is inspired by her Grandma who was also a hairstylist.
Her favourite styles to complete are lived-in hair colour and finishing, as well as up-do’s and special occasion styling.
In her spare time, LJ enjoys spending it outside, especially with her dog, friends and family.

Kim Morrison
Salon Coordinator
Kim has joined our team In December 2016 after the closing of CJBN TV where she was employed for 21 years.
Previously being a client of the salon, she always said that working in a salon would be her "dream job." After the closing of CJBN we quickly called Kim up and she has been a great addition ever since keeping the salon organized and going strong.
With a friendly face as you walk in, Kim is fabulous at helping clients make their appointments and greeting guests to feel welcomed.
Kim is never sitting still as she keeps the salon clean and stays on top of ordering and receiving haircare and boutique items.
