Kailee Foidart
Owner / Hairstylist
Kailee's goal is to create an "experience" for all guests. Her love for marketing, interior design and her creative vision also is a passion in the salon.
Kailee brings with her over 14+ years of experience in the salon industry.
She graduated from Scientific Marvel in Winnipeg and previously worked at Funk Salon and other reputable salons in Toronto and Winnipeg.
She had the honour in working behind the scenes at the World Mastercard Fashion-Show in Toronto, and has had experience doing magazine editorial work with top Celebrity Stylist Jen Atkin. Creator of "Ouai" haircare. Her highest accomplishment in her career was competing and winning first place in the country for Redken's "Session Hairstylist" competition. She is humbled to have had so many opportunities and experiences.
Kailee is well known for offering her honesty and realistic vision in order to create long-term relationships with her clients.
Her "forte" is creating "pretty hair".
She is known for her dimentinal blondes, soft seamless cuts, "lived in" ombrés, and relaxed tousled updos.
Sarah McDonald
Hairstylist
Sarah has been in the industry for over fours years. Originally from Kenora, she moved to Winnipeg and completed her hairstyling certification at MC college.
She has been nominated top 20 for the Hair Paint Category out of 250,000 entries for Behind the Chair One Shot Awards both in 2017 & 2018. Sarah has also participated in Redken & Living Proof educational classes. She absolutely loves creating beachy blonde and hand painted dimensional looks.
In her spare time, Sarah loves spending time on Lake of the Woods with family & friends.
Sarah has wanted to be a hairstylist ever since she can remember. That passion was fueled as a very young client at Keric Funk Salon.
She continues to strive to create a personal and modern look for her clients with ongoing skill and technique development.
Sarah is very excited to have the opportunity to work with the team at Posh and Pixie!

Ashlee Griffiths
Hairstylist
Ashlee was born and raised in kenora, and has a passion for anything outdoors and spending her time with family near the waters edge.
Her main focus and passion is being behind the chair. With blonding and extensions as her main passion she is also well versed in trending haircuts.
Education is something very important to Ashlee, taking up to date classes to keep with trends and styles.
Client hair is especially important and will always maintain integrity of the hairs strength and work with her clients to create a realistic hair goal.
Rachel Doner
Hair Stylist
Rachel has been in the industry for over 11 years now. Rachel has worked at various salons in the Greater Toronto Area.
When Rachel and her family moved to Kenora 4 years ago she began working here at Posh and Pixie and later transitioned to being one of the educators at 7 Generations Institute for their Hairdressing program.
She has travelled around North America taking advanced classes from some of the top educators in the industry. She loves to continue her own personal education by learning new trends and techniques.
Rachel is looking forward to seeing her clients once again behind the chair and getting to meet new faces as well!

LJ Hay
Hair Stylist
With 10 years in the business, LJ is well rounded and has had so many great experiences.
Being an educator for Aveda from 2013-2017, she helped with various hair and fashion shows. Teaching upcoming hairstylist apprentices, keeping up with hairstyling trends and making people feel beautiful will always be her passion. She is inspired by her Grandma who was also a hairstylist.
Her favourite styles to complete are lived-in hair colour and finishing, as well as up-do’s and special occasion styling.
In her spare time, LJ enjoys spending it outside, especially with her dog, friends and family.

Denishea Pollon
Hairstylist
Denishea is born and raised in Alberta. She’s officially been in the hair industry since 2014, graduating from MC in Edmonton. Growing up with a mom who’s a hairstylist and seeing what creativity she got to create. She had the benefit at an early age seeing what her future had in store.
Having a great opportunity working for one of the top hair salons in St.Albert, Alberta for the past 6 years.
She enjoys keeping up with hair trends, and expanding her education by taking color classes. Getting joy our of free hand painted balayages, blondes, and color corrections.
My favourite thing about her job are the clients! They always turn to friendships. It’s an added benefit because I get to make all my friends beautiful!
Outside of the salon spending time with her two little ones, and husband are my go to. Coming from Alberta, they have never had the opportunity of lake life. So whenever her family has free time, you’ll catch them at cabin for a mini getaway!
Sheyanne Cameron
Esthetician
Sheyanne has been working in the esthetics industry for 4 years and is loving every second of it. She specializes in waxing, tinting, lashes, makeup, manicures, and pedicures.
Sheyanne went to MC College in Winnipeg for her esthetics program, graduated and moved back home to her family and friends. She started her career immediately.
Her passion started early while performing esthetics and makeup at a young age for friends when she decided to make a living making people look and feel beautiful. Her favourite services to perform are lashes but takes pride in all of her work. Outside of the salon, Sheyanne loves spending time with family and friends on beautiful Lake of the Woods.
She is looking forward to a new chapter, being part of the team, and can’t wait to take new clients and service her already existing ones at the new location.

Selyn McLeod
Make-up Artist
Selyn started her career as a makeup artist 5 years ago in Mexico City, during that time she had attended to several training courses including Etenne Ortega, Christina Aguilera and Kris Jenner personal makeup artist.
She is a certified as bride’s makeup artist which is her passion and a is a very talented hairstylist who performs blowouts, updos and special occasion hair.
Selyn has worked for fashion shows, tv comercial and music videos and also working in MAC Cosmetics for 2 years.
Selyn’s hobbies include spending time with family and video phone with family and friends in Mexico.

Phayth Gingrich
Nail Technician
Phayth (Faith) has been doing nails for over 3 years now! She's always loved getting her nails done. Paticularily, the special feeling after! That little boost of confidence, having pretty nails! She put her mind to it and purchased everything she needed and taught herself how to do nails! After she figured it out, lots of practice on herself, friends and family.
Now she is here with lots of experience after practice and previously working in beauty salon doing what she loves.
Phayth is able to give all of you that special feeling she was talking about. Phayth gets so much satisfaction after seeing the smiling faces after your nails are done.
Phayth is so excited to meet new clients and make new bonds with everyone!

Kim Morrison
Salon Coordinator
Kim has joined our team In December 2016 after the closing of CJBN TV where she was employed for 21 years.
Previously being a client of the salon, she always said that working in a salon would be her "dream job." After the closing of CJBN we quickly called Kim up and she has been a great addition ever since keeping the salon organized and going strong.
With a friendly face as you walk in, Kim is fabulous at helping clients make their appointments and greeting guests to feel welcomed.
Kim is never sitting still as she keeps the salon clean and stays on top of ordering and receiving haircare and boutique items.

We are very fortunate to have Dr. Foidart providing facial rejuvenation in our salon on occassion.
Dr. Foidart took his Botox and Filler training through the renowned Pacific Training Institute for Facial Aesthetics in Vancouver, Canada.
PTIFA is an advanced anatomy-based facial rejuvenation training organization known for it’s premier teaching and patient care practices. PTIFA is also the world’s number one educational provider in the field of facial rejuvenation (botulinum toxin type A, dermal fillers and more). Their graduates are some of the most highly trained and qualified botulinum toxin and facial rejuvenation practitioners in the world.
Dr. Foidart is well known in Kenora for his professionalism, affability, safety practices, and expert technique abilities, considering he is also an anesthetist.
He is passionate about making people feel and look their best by natural and subtle enhancements.

Kristen Richards
Cosmetic Nurse Injector
You will see Kristen at some of our botox pop-ups! She is proud to be born and raised in Kenora. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2007 at Lakehead University.
She has had a diverse nursing career in which the majority was spent in Intensive Care, and more recently in surgical services.
Kristen has recently completed her Advanced Anatomy review & Botox training through the Pacific Training Institute for Facial Aesthetics out of Vancouver.
Kristen enjoys boosting self image and confidence in her clients.
Outside of work her time is dedicated to her family and friends spending time on the water or in the snow.
